Spatial Forecast Verification Methods Intercomparison Project (ICP)
Found here is MatLab software for performing the FQI method on the ICP fake cases. Please cite appropriately, and address all questions to the author (S. Basu). Version 0.1-1 and greater of the R package SpatialVx also has this functionality.
